Interview

on Monday, October 6, 2008

I sat down with my mom and interviewed her about her views on the election. This was her response:

1. Who do you support and why?
I support John Mcain because I am a republican and I like Palin's views on the issues.

2. Do you fully agree with their views on the issues?
No, I do not agree with his plan to increase taxes.

3. Is there anything you will be skeptical about if he won?
Yes, I would wonder how he plans to take care of the average middle class family.

4. Do you like or dislike their running mate?
Yes because Palin seems honest and truthful.

5. How did your parent influence how you now vote?
They voted all Republican which is how I now vote.

Reflection

From this I learned a lot about my mom and her political views. I learned that people around you can often influence your political views and change the way you vote. The party also plays a big part in who certain people chose.
